Lieutenant Colonel Marlon Levy

Lieutenant Colonel (Lt. Col.) Marlon Jermaine Levy, a full-time employee at Cayman Islands Cadet Corps since November 2015, is the Deputy Commandant (Actg.). He has direct responsibility for training and development, administration, personnel, and records; His additional duties include finance, procurement, logistics, strategy, and policy development at Headquarters CICC; additionally, Lt. Col. Levy is an appointed member of the Cayman Islands Cadet Corps Committee (CICCC). 

Lt. Col. Levy has attended numerous professional development courses, including; writing robust policy papers, customer service, IRIS, corporate planning, and procurement law and regulations. He holds a Diploma in Marketing, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters's Degree in Public Administration from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
